Center of Excellence: Construction works began

A milestone in Rwanda's emergency preparedness: Construction works for a high-level isolation just began in Kigali. Along with the start of construction, a corresponding training programme for different target groups began in order to enhance clinical management capacities and to improve occupational safety.
