Online-Training sessions on clinical management of COVID-19

Four online training sessions were developed to support the Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) and Rwanda's Public Health Institute in dealing with the rising COVID-19 incidence rates in June 2021. We aimed to help healthcare workers responsible for the acute care of severe COVID-19 patients in assessing the situation and providing tools for the best possible care. The work focused on the clinical management of COVID-19 patients, infectious diseases and pneumology. All sessions were coordinated with the Rwandan Ministry of Health. Course content was designed by our Medical Clinic and the Clinic for Anesthesiology at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
