Training evaluation

Instructions

Method: sitting in a circle, “flashlight”
Duration: about 30 minutes
Objective: to gather impressions of the training, clarify pending questions
Group: all together, sitting in circle
Equipment: the evaluation questions written on cards

Contents and plan

To prepare, write each of the following questions on a separate card.

  1. Did I achieve my goals? (Compare with expectations and goals from day 1)
  2. What is the most important new thing I learned?
  3. What do I have to pay attention to in my daily work?

The participants are asked to sit in a circle.

One person starts and takes the 3 question cards. Each question is answered individually, with no additional comments made. If pending questions, misunderstandings or issues requiring further discussion are addressed, the moderators should note these down and discuss them after the session.

The cards are passed around the circle, with each person briefly giving their impressions. The trainers also actively participate in the evaluation.
