Module 3: Standard precautions & Disinfection

In this module, the participants will be reminded of the general hygiene measures for the prevention of nosocomial infections. These measures, not only in the context of Ebola virus disease (EVD), are the basis for safe and hygienic work in a hospital. The participants learn the correct techniques for the implementation of standard precautions and will be reminded to follow them in their daily work. They receive important directions for the use of disinfectants.
