EFFO-COE: A Center Of Excellence for Rwanda

The project EFFO-Center Of Excellence (EFFO-COE) focuses on strengthening health care workers readiness for managing High-Consequence Infectious Diseases (HCIDs), through the construction of a High-Level Isolation Unit (HLIU) and the implementation of training programs in Rwanda.

The initial situation
